Five Hour Rental (Large Room only) - $580
This is the minimum amount of rental time.
This includes from the time you are let in to the time you are out.
It allows for a 3 hour event with one hour for decorating and preparations and one hour for take down and removal of your decorations, items and guest.
Add-ons to Your Rental
Small Room $100 (small room is not available to rent by itself)
Additional Large Room per Hour - $60
Parties that exceed the rental time agreement will be charged
$15 for every additional 15 minutes.
Cost includes set-up & take-down of tables and chairs.
Prior to your hall rental, you will choose a layout plan
that will be used for your event.
All rental hours are based on the time you arrive to the time you leave. Your decorating and clean up time are included in your rental time.
Example Rental Hours
6:00 - 7:00 pm Decorations and Preparation
7:00 - 10:00 pm Event Time
10:00 - 11:00 pm Removal of items and guest

Hall does not rent on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Years Eve.
